Group Visit Request Form

Thank you for your interest in bringing your group to DelVal!  Group Visits will begin in September.  We are looking forward to hosting you!
Please note the following:

• We only offer group visits on Wednesdays
• High School students only – juniors and seniors preferably
• We cap our group visits at 30 students plus chaperones – larger groups will need to be approved and not guaranteed – please contact us at admitme@delval.edu
• We require 1 chaperone per every 10-15 students
• Your visit will include an admission presentation as well as a main campus tour.  We will do our best to accommodate your additional requests, but we cannot guarantee we can meet all.
• South Campus will not be part of the Group Visit Tour – we can provide guides for you to do a driving tour of south campus facilities.  Please contact us for special requests for a more formal tour of south campus
• Your group will need to provide their own transportation to DelVal.  Unfortunately we are not able to cover any transportation costs for your group
• Light refreshments will be served.  You are welcome to bring your own bagged lunch and eat during the admission presentation 
• Please allow a week for a response from us regarding a potential schedule for your visit
